Terms of Service

Who these terms are between

Your district holds the agreement with SolutionWhere. These terms govern your individual use of the service; they do not replace or override whatever your district has signed, and where the two differ, your district’s agreement governs.

Your account

You sign in with your organization’s Google account, so your account is only as secure as that one — keep it that way, and tell your district immediately if you think someone else has used it. Accounts are personal. Do not share access, and do not use someone else’s account to register, mark attendance, or approve anything.

Acceptable use

  • Access only the records your role permits, and only for your work.
  • Do not export, copy, or share personal information about colleagues except as your district’s policy allows.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent permissions, rate limits, or the audit trail.
  • Do not upload malicious content or anything you lack the right to share.

Registration, cancellation and fees

Registering commits a seat that someone else could have taken, so cancel through My Training if your plans change. Where a session carries a fee, the fee is shown before you register. Some sessions require payment before your place is confirmed; those say so plainly on the session page and again at registration. Refunds follow your district’s policy, not ours.

Records and credit

Attendance and credit are posted by district staff, not by us. If your transcript is wrong, the people who can correct it are your district’s professional learning office. We keep the audit trail that shows what was recorded and by whom.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may take it down briefly for maintenance. Your district’s agreement sets out any service commitments that apply.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in substance, we will ask you to accept the new version when you next sign in, and record which version you accepted. We will not back-date consent.

This text describes how the service works today and has not yet been reviewed by counsel. It should be before a district signs anything that references it.
